Privacy Policy

The following defined terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy and carry the meanings set out below:

9.1 Retention Periods. dak69 retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

13.1 Age Requirement. The dak69 platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 and over. dak69 does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from persons under the age of 21.

13.2 Age Verification at Registration. Every account registration requires entry of a date of birth and is subject to KYC identity document verification. Any account where the registered date of birth indicates the holder is under 21, or where KYC documents reveal the holder to be under 21, will be immediately closed and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

13.3 Reporting Underage Access. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 21 has registered or is actively using a dak69 account — including a family member or person in your household — please contact dak69 live chat immediately so that the account can be identified and closed without delay.
